Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Two Tails (“the Promoter”). This promotion is run independently and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.
Employees of Two Tails, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion will run for 10 consecutive days, as advertised on the Two Tails Instagram account.
4. How to Enter
Entry requirements will be clearly stated in the corresponding Instagram post.
Only entries that fully comply with the stated instructions will be considered valid.
Multiple entries per person per day are not permitted unless explicitly stated.
5. Prizes
There will be one winner per prize, receiving the relevant following prizes:
Day 1: Personalised treat pouch
Day 2: Hope Rescue 2026 calendar (not in partnership; purchased by the Promoter and posted to the winner)
Day 3: Personalised ring box
Day 4: Voucher for natural treats from K8’s Short Bark and Sides
Day 5: Dog gift hamper
Day 6: A4 personalised dog drawing of one dog from Foxy Peach (additional dogs available at an extra cost payable by the winner)
Day 7: Coffi Lab voucher (not in partnership; purchased by the Promoter and posted to the winner)
Day 8: Mini studio shoot with Danielle Axworthy, including 3 digital downloads (additional images available to purchase separately)
Day 9: Either a canine content creation day for a business or a Dogs Eye View family shoot (winner must choose one)
Day 10: £200 off any chaperone services with Two Tails (does not apply to previous weddings)
6. Prize Conditions
There is no cash or financial alternative to any prize, in whole or in part.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
Where prizes involve third-party services, those services are subject to the third party’s own terms and availability.
Any additional costs not expressly included in the prize description (including travel, upgrades, or additional services) are the responsibility of the winner.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received.
Winners will be announced via Instagram and/or contacted via direct message within a reasonable time after each giveaway closes.
If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Delivery of Prizes
Physical prizes will be posted to UK addresses only.
The Promoter is not responsible for delays or loss caused by postal services once the prize has been dispatched.
9. Data Protection
Personal data provided for the purposes of this giveaway will be used solely for administering the promotion and delivering prizes.
Data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil a prize.
10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
