I had the pleasure of accompanying the very dapper Charlie to his pawrents wedding recently.  He looked fantastic in a bow tie matching his dad’s suit!

We started our day by having a mingle with the guests, and Charlie filmed them enjoying the festivities whilst we waited for the ceremony to begin. Charlie was given the incredibly important job of ring bearer (cue Aunty Ems checking the ring box is still attached every 5 seconds!).

Charlie was very excited to see all of his favourite people, and was quite happy to sing them the songs of his people, but I did explain we had to try to be quiet for the ceremony. And try Charlie did! He was absolutely fine enjoying some scatter feeding in the grass until he spotted his very beautiful mam walking up the aisle. His interest in chicken disappeared very quickly and he let everybody know how much he loves his mam and dad.

And then it was time to deliver the rings, and I must say he did a fantastic job, even if he did refuse to leave his mam and dad, then try to sneak jump into a lake, and then force me to climb up a banking at the side of the garden. All in a day’s work!

We then had a fantastic time chatting to all of the guests, and doing plenty of filming! Charlie then posed like the good boy he is for family photographs with Kate Richards.

I’ve worked with dogs for a long time, and lots of dogs have what I call a poo dance, where they do lots of circling and shimmying before they poo. Not Charlie… he has a pee dance!! He just had to make sure it was the perfect spot!

All too soon it was time for us to retire and chill out with some snacks and cwtches olin the car, after a shorter than planned walk thanks to a big yellow hot thing in the sky!

What a wonderful day with a wonderful boy.

Congratulations Mr & Mrs Davidson!
